I always aim to deliver the images within 3-4 weeks depending on which package you have bought. If you need your images by a specific date, I am more than happy to discuss this with you to find a solution.

I always use Dropbox to send images, and they will stay in the gallery for a month, or until you have downloaded all the images. You can easily download the images without having an account with Dropbox, and I will send you a private link to the folder.

I believe in keeping images as natural as possible, and the quality of the image depends mostly on specifications I set on my camera before the image has even been taken. I use Lightroom and Photoshop for editing contrasts, light, etc.

As the creator and owner of the pictures, I hold the copyright. As the client, you buy the right to the high-resolution digital files and can therefore also print and share the images to promote your own business. You are free to use your photos as you please, but if you wish to use them commercially you need to buy approval/additional license for this.

If for some reason I need to cancel the booking, you will be refunded the full deposit. If you cancel the booking, there is no refund. However, I always aim to be flexible if you need to change the date of the photoshoot.
